He was always very pleasant 24 X 7. I was a little slow getting things started initially, but Josh was always understanding and never pushy. Throughout the transaction, he was punctual, responsive, and very easy to deal with. Even after completion, he went the extra mile by holding the keys and assisting with a few additional matters that were clearly beyond his normal responsibilities.
