The
well-established Land and New Homes division of Mansell
McTaggart provides a key role in identifying and
maximising the potential and value of development
opportunities in and around Sussex. We offer effective
and professional advice on the optimum scheme of
investment and growth for National developers, local
builders and the general public, from small property
refurbishment to much larger multi-dwelling proposals,
coupled with a comprehensive service for all matters
relating to residential development.
The
services offered by this division are complemented by the
diversity of the skills and knowledge of all staff
involved. We specialise in identifying best site use,
potential schemes and any other factors that could
influence the pricing forecast for future sales, this
enables us to fully exploit the potential of any
development scheme. From advice at the planning stage,
through to marketing and sales, our wealth of knowledge
and expertise play a core part in the success of this
specialist area.
