Littlehaven was once its own village but has now become part of the larger Horsham town. One of the benefits of living in Littlehaven is that it has its own train station, with regular trains to London, taking around an hour. Hills Farm Lane area

Hills Farm Lane is a highly sought-after area in Horsham. Not only does it provide easy access to the River Side walk around the town, but it’s also close to a number of good primary schools and also Tanbridge House School

Highwood Village

Highwood Mill is a popular new development on the west side of Horsham. It boasts a range of property types, including flats, townhouses, terraced homes, and large detached homes. The quiet development is centred around two squares, with green space and manicured gardens. Being on the outskirts of town, it offers great transport links via road, with the A23 within easy reach.

Holbrook

Holbrook is a popular area with families in Horsham. It has many amenities, including a doctor’s surgery, dentist, primary school, community centre, sports club and a number of shops and pubs. The area provides easy access to the A264 for those commuting out of the town towards Crawley or Dorking.

Leechpool

The Leechpool area of Horsham offers many large family homes. The added benefit of this area is that it provides easy access to Leechpool and Owlbeech woods, perfect for dog walks. Causeway

Warnham

Warnham is a small village on the north west side of Horsham. It’s a peaceful village with a strong community spirit. There’s also a village hall and play area, plus Warnham has the added benefit of being nestled right in the middle of the countryside and close to Warnham Park.

Barns Green

Barns Green is a village to the south of Horsham. It’s a picturesque area, with cosy pubs, a shop, village hall and its own primary school. Barns Green is also close to Sumners Ponds Fishery and Campsite, a popular destination that also offers the popular Café by the Lake.

Slinfold

Slinfold is a village to the west of Horsham. It has everything you would expect from a rural village, with a handy shop and Post Office, village hall, and a pub. The village also has its own primary school and pre-school, making it a popular destination for young families. Slinfold Golf and Country Cub is just on the doorstep for avid golfers.
